Fonkoze empowers the poor (primarily rural women) across Haiti via financial inclusion and development services such as literacy and life skills training, health education, ultra-poverty support and more. Our holistic approach to tackling the generational cycle of poverty in Haiti enables disenfranchised communities to overcome poverty and to recover and rebuild more quickly after political unrests and natural disasters occur, such as the 2010 Haiti Earthquake and Hurricane Matthew.
